This workshop is for four friends who prefer to learn in their own home environment with dedicated support & tuition.
 
These workshops can also be taught in a local (to you) village hall or similar setting but you will be responsible for booking and paying for such a venue. The venue will need to be agreed with before confirming your booking and in North Norfolk.
 
In this workshop you will learn all aspects in the art of working with sea glass in jewellery making and then create a unique pendant from sea glass and accompanying bead-work.
 
You will learn all about the history of sea glass, how to recognise sea glass types, the array of colours, secrets of the best UK places to hunt for sea glass, how to prepare sea glass for making jewellery, how to cleanse, smooth, buff and polish sea glass, how to drill sea glass safely and effectively to minimise shattering, learn how to use an array of tools and equipment needed in sea glass jewellery making and also how to magically transform your pendant design from paper into a stunning and unique sea glass pendant you'll be proud to wear.
 
Workshop Suitability:
The Nootka Sea Glass workshop is suitable for those with no prior knowledge of working with sea glass in jewellery making.
